Poem: Stellar and Cosmic

Is it possible to love both the sun and the moon?

To find beauty in the warmth on your skin

and also peace in the quiet of stargazing

unphased un-belayed understated

And yet everyone just wants to know if you are a morning

person or a night

owl

But maybe you are “(D) all of the

Above”

A celebrator of the sunrise and the sunset

And the tides

A cherub for the seasons

And that you find beauty in all things is

magic

Really

And wherever you are sitting is the present

And whoever you are straddling is life giving

Because there is lust in the stardust

And you are Both

Ebb and Flow

Warp and Woof

Stellar and Cosmic
